Event: Creative Tea at Chakra Khan July 10th
Creative-teas are mini retreats held once a month at Chakra Khan, and led by me and the lovely Sarina Lamarche, life coach extraordinaire. Each mini retreat is 2.25 hours on a Sunday afternoon, and gives you time to journal and reflect, be quiet, experience shiatsu or reiki bodywork, work on a creative project based on the day's theme, AND enjoy delicious tea and treats. You don't want to miss it! Couldn't you use a little time away? Cost is $28.

I traveled to Hong Kong and Thailand in April 2011. Check out the blog of my trip.
My trip to Hong Kong and Thailand was FANTASTIC! It really could not have been any better, and I am not simply abusing hyperbole. I feel fortunate that it unfolded as it did, and I did my best to soak in as much learning as I could. It was a gift to see Thai healing practicies in their natural environment, and intriguing to ponder how the experience will translate back here at Chakra Khan.
